Staff text iMessage to see what training is due

Connect Cornerstone, Docebo, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business or SAP SuccessFactors so employees can check what training is outstanding — and get nudged about it — without a portal login.

No code · Works on your own number · Live in minutes

Compliance training has a completion problem, and it is almost never that people refuse. It is that the reminder arrives by email, the portal needs a password nobody remembers, and the deadline passes quietly until someone runs a report.

A text lands differently. The agent reads the LMS, tells that specific person what is outstanding and when it is due, and answers the follow-up question in the same thread. For deskless staff — the population with the worst completion rates and the least portal access — it is the only channel that reliably works.

It is equally useful in the other direction: a manager can ask who on their team is behind, and get the answer from live data rather than waiting for the quarterly compliance report.

Reminder: Fire Safety refresher is due Friday. It takes about 20 minutes.
didn’t I do that in march?
•••
That was Manual Handling, completed 14 March. Fire Safety was last done in 2024 and renews annually.

Here you go — I will stop reminding you once it registers as complete.

Who this is for

L&D teams chasing completion

Reminders land in the channel people read, and the follow-up question gets answered instead of becoming a support ticket.

Compliance-heavy industries

Regulated training with hard deadlines gets nudged, tracked and evidenced without anyone chasing individuals by email.

Deskless and shift workforces

The population with the worst completion rates has a phone. Give them a number instead of a portal they cannot reach.

Two ways to connect Learning & Training

Connected for the bot

Your account, every conversation

Connect the company LMS for anything that is the same for everyone — the course catalogue, what a programme covers, when a deadline falls.

Enabled for customers

Their account, their data

Each employee connects their own account, so the agent answers with their outstanding modules and their completion record, and nobody else’s.

What people use this for

The same agent, asked different things by different people on the team.

Employee

Check what training is outstanding

Ask what is due and by when, answered against that person’s own record with no portal login.

L&D

Nudge people where they will see it

A reminder in the blue bubble gets read, and the "have I not done that already?" reply gets answered on the spot.

Manager

See who on your team is behind

Ask about your own reports and get live completion status rather than waiting for the quarterly report.

Frontline staff

Get training access without a desk

Shift and field workers reach the LMS from the phone they already carry, which is usually the only device they have.

Compliance

Evidence completion before an audit

Ask what is outstanding across a team or a deadline and get a straight answer from the system of record.

New starter

Find out what to do first

Onboarding modules surfaced in order, with the agent answering the questions that come up along the way.

Learning & Training integration FAQs

Can employees see only their own training record?

Yes. With the integration enabled for customers, each person connects their own LMS account and the agent is bounded by what they can already see.

Can it send the reminder as well as answer questions?

Yes — the agent can reach out about an approaching deadline and then handle the reply, which is where email reminders normally dead-end.

Does completion still get recorded in the LMS?

Yes. The course is taken in the LMS as normal; the agent reads status from it and stops nudging once it registers as complete.

Which learning platforms are supported?

Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business, Coursera, Degreed, LearnUpon, Skillsoft, KnowBe4, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday and others.
