One integration, two very different jobs

Every app here can be connected in either of these ways — and the difference decides whose data the agent is working with.

Connected for the bot

One account, shared by everyone

You connect a single account and the agent uses it in every conversation on the number. Right when the answer is the same regardless of who is asking — company policy, the shared calendar, the catalogue, a team pipeline everybody can see anyway.

“What’s the approval limit for contractor spend?” → answered from the company wiki, the same way for whoever asks.

Enabled for customers

Each person connects their own

Everyone who texts the number links their own account through a private link, and the agent acts as them inside it — bounded by the permissions they already have. One agent, a different context per person.

“Who came in overnight?” → the agent reads that rep’s own CRM and answers for their accounts only.

One request, several tools

The reason to connect more than one. Your agent can work a request across every app it has, in as many steps as it takes, then come back with the result.

“Look at the deals that didn’t close last week and add a follow-up task for each”

Reads the CRM for slipped close dates, then creates a task per owner in your tracker.

CRMTasks

“Pull the pending receivables and draft me a chase email for the worst one”

Reads the ledger, ranks by age and value, and drafts the email for you to approve.

AccountingEmail

“Who applied today, and is anyone free to interview them Thursday?”

Checks the ATS for new applicants and the team calendar for real availability.

Each one covers what the agent can actually do with those apps, and who on the team ends up texting it.

CRM & Sales

52

Stand up an agent on an iMessage number, connect Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive, and your reps can pull their leads, check a deal and log a call by texting — no laptop, no VPN, no CRM mobile app.

Calendar & Scheduling

21

Connect Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity or Square to an agent on your iMessage number — so clients can book and reschedule by texting, and your staff can check the diary without opening it.

Helpdesk & Ticketing

9

Connect ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk or HubSpot so customers get real ticket answers by text — and your own staff can raise and chase IT tickets the same way.

Project & Task Management

22

Connect Jira, Linear, ClickUp or Monday.com to an agent on your number, so anyone on the team can capture a task the moment they think of it and check status without opening the app.

HR & Payroll

27

Connect BambooHR, Rippling, Deel or Workday to an agent on your number, and staff can text the questions they currently email HR about — leave, payslips, policy — and get their own real figures back.

Recruiting & ATS

29

Connect Greenhouse, Lever, Workable or SmartRecruiters so recruiters can work their pipeline by text — and candidates get screened and scheduled in a thread they actually answer.

E-Commerce

44

Connect Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace or Stripe so shoppers can check an order, start a return and ask about a product by text — and your ops team can run the store from their phone.

Payments & Accounting

57

Connect Stripe, Square, NetSuite or Ramp so your finance team can chase overdue invoices by text — and customers can ask what they owe and pay it in the same thread.

Files & Knowledge

39

Connect Notion, Confluence, SharePoint or Google Docs so your team can ask what the process is and get an answer from the real documentation — without finding the page themselves.

Data & Analytics

16

Connect BigQuery, Supabase, Airtable or PostHog so your team can ask a numbers question by text and get a real answer — without a dashboard, a BI licence or an analyst in the middle.

Dev Tools

4

Connect GitHub, BitBucket or Azure DevOps so you can check a deploy, find a recent change or chase a review by text — useful precisely when you are on call and nowhere near a laptop.

Communications

11

Connect Aircall, Dialpad, Gong, Gmail or Salesloft so an agent replying on iMessage knows what was already said on the phone and by email — and your reps can ask what happened without digging.

Marketing & Ads

29

Connect Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce or your ad accounts so campaigns reach people on iMessage with an agent that handles every reply — and marketers can check performance by text.

Sales Intelligence & Enrichment

26

Connect Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Lusha or Hunter so a name and a domain come back as a full record — job title, company size, direct line — without anyone opening a data tool.

Learning & Training

18

Connect Cornerstone, Docebo, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business or SAP SuccessFactors so employees can check what training is outstanding — and get nudged about it — without a portal login.

Shipping & Logistics

11

Connect UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, ShipStation or Shippo so customers get real carrier status by text — no tracking number, no portal — and your ops team can chase what is stuck from a phone.

From nothing to live in three steps

No code, and no mobile app to ship — everyone already has the client.

1

Build the agent

In the no-code Agent Studio: pick a model, write the prompt in plain English, and add any knowledge it should answer from.

2

Switch on the apps it needs

Choose the integrations from the Integrations tab, and decide whether one shared account serves everyone or each person connects their own.

3

Deploy it to your number

Your team texts it like any other contact. No app to install, no logins to issue, and nothing for IT to roll out.

Integration FAQs

Which apps can my agent connect to?

287 business apps your agent can call, across 16 categories — CRM, calendars, helpdesks, HR systems, e-commerce stores, accounting, file storage, data warehouses and more. Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Google Calendar, Notion, Jira and Greenhouse are all included.

What is the difference between connecting an app for the bot and enabling it for customers?

Connecting for the bot links one account, and the agent uses it in every conversation on the number. Enabling for customers lets each person who texts connect their own account — so a rep gets their own pipeline and an employee gets their own leave balance, from the same agent.

Who actually texts these agents?

Usually your own team. A sales manager stands one up so reps can pull their CRM on the road; an HR lead so staff can check leave without a portal. It can also be customer-facing, or you can ship an agent whose users connect their own accounts.

Do I need a developer to connect an integration?

No. Integrations are turned on from the Integrations tab of the Agent Studio, and connecting an account is a guided flow. The developer API is there if you want custom logic, but it is not required.

Does everyone need to install an app?

No, and this is most of the point. People text a number from the Messages app already on their phone. There is nothing to download, no login to issue and no rollout to manage.

What can the agent actually do with a connected app?

It depends on the app. The agent gets a set of tools for each one — reading contacts and deals in a CRM, checking availability and booking in a calendar, looking up orders in a store — and it decides which to use based on what was asked.

Can the agent work across several integrations in one request?

Yes, and it is where most of the value is. Ask it to pull the deals that slipped last week and add a follow-up task for each, and it reads the CRM, works out which slipped, then writes tasks into your tracker — several steps and two systems from one message.

Does the agent remember previous conversations?

It can. Turn on memory and the agent keeps a short set of durable notes per person — stable preferences, constraints, anything they explicitly ask it to remember — and reads them back on future messages. Turn it off and every conversation starts fresh.

Can it answer from our own documents as well as our connected apps?

Yes. Add a knowledge base — upload a PDF or spreadsheet, paste notes, or point it at a URL to crawl — and it answers from that alongside live data from the integrations.
